I am searching for the birth of Peternal Sandow , she married John Whitford 1708 in Kenwyn Cornwall, then she wed Mark Letcher 1727 Kenwyn, THEN she wed Able Stodden 1756 , but I can not find her birth

Of course, back then there were no BMDs and we have to rely on surviving Church registers, many of which have not survived. I suggest that you go to GENUKI.co.uk and see whether it says which registers for Cornwall have survived.
