If you get the birth certificate of one of the children born in the UK you will be able to find out Nora's maiden name, which should make searching for records in South Africa much easier.

Avis Mona B Clark registered Gateshead Sep quarter 1907 vol 10a page 1087

Certificates can be ordered here, or as you live in Newcastle you may be able to get a copy direct from the Registrar's Office in Gateshead.

However, I also notice that all the children have a middle initial B. Could that have been Nora's maiden name? You have the name Blakely in brackets after Annie's name and there is a death registration Sep qtr 1906 for George Blakely Clark, presumably the George B Clark listed as died on the 1911 census. Looking for a Nora Blakely may be a starting point, but I would want to have the birth certificate of at least one of the children to be sure.
