Looking for information on John (I know how many of these can there be) Chiplin, Taunton (could that be the registration district? Family lore says that he was from Wilveliscombe) around 1863. Moved to Cardiff, Glamorganshire, not sure when, the 1901 census finds records him there with wife Eliza Handle or Yandle.
