    The report of an Inquiry into the accidental death of Pte 37453 J BAVERSTOCK, killed 16 January 1917 when an old dug-out collapsed.

    Thanks so much for posting this information. John Baverstock was my great-grandfather. We were aware of some details of his death from the regimental war diary but this Inquiry report would have remained hidden from us without your posting.
