Asked by pm from lazywillie that we didn't have a birth reg for James David Ballinger born c1884.
Neither of us could find anything under the surname Ballinger (andits variations) so I went looking for just James David and this one came up. It looks promising because of Mum Emma/Emily marrying Benjamin Cook?

Hi everyone,
Received Emily's birth certificate yesterday, I don't know if it uploaded or not. She was born 1865 rather than 1866. Found out more promising information that I will add to see if anyone could help shed more light.
