    Charles served in WW1 but signed up as Edward Ulrich. He attested on 29 September 1915. They were living at 268 Chapter Road Willesden and the children listed are Henry Alexander, Leonard George, Albert Thomas and Violet Ada. He was assigned to the Remount Companies. ASC 2 remount. He was discharged 17 Sept 1917 rank Lt Corporal, with 11 shillings a week pension due to gout and age

    matchstix - Duplicate threads are not allowed because it causes confusion and usually leads to duplicated research, and although your request for census details is not strictly a duplicate it does overlap with details given in your original thread. (Posts #1-17)

    I have therefore merged the two threads for the moment. However I will ask the other moderators if they think that the threads should be separate and, if so, I will split them back again.

    Is anyone still following this thread? Have they done a DNA test with Ancestry or any other company in relation to the Ulrich Line mentioned here.
