Hi all
I have recently discovered that two of my ancestors were married at Brentford Register Office. I have searched on the internet for photos of the register office but I was unable to find anything. According to GENUKI the register office was closed in 1947. Does anyone know where I could find an old photo of the register office - any photo from 1910 - 1940? I am unable to travel to any archives in Middlesex so I am really looking for a photo that can be obtained online anywhere?
Any advice would be most welcomed.

Try this link to Hounslow Archives

They have always been very helpful, as my paternal side lived in Isleworth. I am sure they will know if any photos exist. If they cannot help the Middlesex Chronicle is online here
https://www.britishnewspaperarchive.c...FfMQtAodpTAAmw
and there is now local Hounslow Chronicle who may have old photos.
Hope you can find what you want
