Hi there!
I've just received a copy of an ancestor's will and it mentions land near Bromsgrove. I'm trying to identify it, the exact name (it's a little difficult to make out) and where exactly it is.
The relevant line is halfway open this image.

Hi t@nya,
I think the place is Sheepcote. It was/is close to the Perryfields Road junction with Stourbridge Road.
According to the 1811 and 1821 census (found on the Bromsgrove BMSGH branch website https://www.bromsgrovebmsgh.co.uk/cms/ free registration) there were 5 properties there. They may or may not be part of the modern Sheepcote Grange buildings.
Cheers
Mike
