Hi,
Im very new to Genealogy and I am stuck trying to research into Frederick Hebe.
He was born in Stockholm and was a sailor but moved to Liverpool, England later in life. Can someone advise how best to trace his swedish roots or help?

This CD will provide links to free to view websites for tracing European ancestors - including those from Sweden. Could be a good starting point.

Hi Meks

Hi Elma,
Afraid I didn't request any details for his marriage to Ellen as this was his first wife however he married Gwendoline Griffiths in 1893 and I have requested a certificate for this. Just waiting for post!

The marriage and banns are on ancestry. That is the full scans of the marriage record, so would be quite cheap in comparison to sending to GRO.
