    Default Has Wanadoo gone wobbly?

    Can't access any of the Wanadoo hosted sites (including my own). Only a server timeout messge is received.

    I can access my site using their FTP Mysite sitebuilder, but can't pick up any pages. There is no indication in Wanadoo Service status report of any trouble, so I'm not sure whether its their server or some trouble on my laptop.

    I've sent an e-mail to them, but may not get a response very quickly.

    Any thoughts on this?

    Nothing so far on any of the ISP discussion forums that I visit, but I reckon it's them not your laptop, Frank - I can't get your site at the moment either.

    It evidently went out for a very long lunch (11am to 8pm)
    without telling anyone!

    Tried again just now and things were back to normal.

    They did have a problem a couple of weeks ago, but they were at least acknowledging it, even if if did take about 3 days to sort out.

    What I find frustrating is the complete lack of a simple fault reporting scheme. All the so-called Help buttons seem to be recursive and take you back to where you started from. Grrrrrrrrr
