1861 look up please

could anyone please look up in 1861 census please the following, Im sure he fits into my husbands tree but I cant work it out.

SIDNEY HILL b abt 1845 STOURPAIN DORSET

in 1881 census it says he was born in STOURPAIN, 1891 it says born in SHROTON - these are close together

any help would be great
