Hi everyone,
Does anyone have access to Horsley, Derbyshire baptism records for 1896 ?
If so, would you be willing to search for an Albert allsop who was born 28 June, Belper, Derbyshire.
Any details would be welcome. Thanks, Lynn

As you know the county, wouldn't this be better asked in the Derbyshire forum?

If he was born in Belper, isn't it more likely that he was baptised in Belper?
If you want the Horsley PRs. they have been filmed by the Mormons and can be ordered in the usual way. They are unlikely to provide any more useful information than the birth certificate.

The Records Office at Matlock holds copies on fiche and also the originals. There is a search fee these days if you don't have much luck on here, I can not see any reference to the PR's being available online or by other means than what Peter wrote
