I hope I'm in the right spot. I'm new to this forum and very confused. I am looking for any information on my father's family. Chester Cipriani born August 10 (?), 1910. His older brother and sister Alfred, and Constance. My father was born in Trinidad/Tobago BWI. All 3 are now deceased. Alfred was married to Harriet, and lived in Oneonta, New York, as well as Washington, DC. No children. Constance never married. I think she and my grandmother Catherine lived in Flushing, New York. But I'm not sure. My great uncle was Captain AA Cipriani. He had 2 brothers, Edward and Albert(?). My father never talked about his parents. I never met my grandfather. I think I met my grandmother only once. I rather got the idea, they did not stay married, or just separated. I have basically been hitting brick walls trying to find any information. So please help if you can. Thank you.

district court of New Jersey; newspaper editor in Trinidad
five years; appointed Vice and Deputy Consul at Trinidad
May 8, 1912; retired November, 1913; appointed Vice and Dep-
uty Consul at La Guaira May 4, 1914; Vice-Consul at La Guaira
by act approved February 5, 1915; appointed Vice-Consul at
Port Antonio January 18, 1916.

He moves about bit does Edward; goes with the job I suppose. . Just spotted him on an incoming passenger list arriving in London on 21 Sep 1919. His profession at this time is recorded as American Vice Consul. Age 47.

Cathryn, Alfred B, Constance, Charter C, were also with him.
