Owing to copyright we cannot post details of the family on the 1911 census but George can be found on RG14/SN233 in Buckinghamshire.
The is a death on Freebmd of Helen Hebbourn age 50 Mar 1908 Guildford 2a 90 - (possibly George's mother Ellen).

Henry James Hebburn (note the spelling) married in dec 1853 to either Hester Boyce or Ann Terry (Guildford 2a 75).
the marriage cert will give you Henry's fathers name and occupation.
The IGI has the marriage and it is to Hester Boyce.Last edited by pennydog; 05-03-2011 at 10:21 PM. Reason: extra info added

On the 1851 census (HO107/1594/137/14 - crown copyright/care of TNA) there is a Henry Hebburn listed as "son in law" to John and Esther Searle, in Worplesdon. I think, in this instance it should be step son. He is unmarried but gives his place of birth as St. Mary's Islington.
John Searle head b1807 ag. lab.
Esther wife b1805
Henry Hebburn b1831
Harriet Searle b1837
William b1839
Frederick b1842
Jesse b1845
All the Searles are born Worplesdon
I would surmise that Henry is Esthers son from a previous marriage (or her illegitimate son perhaps?)

A quick look on the IGI gives a marriage of John Searle to Esther Heyburn 10/9/1833 Worplesdon.
So it looks quite likely that Henry was born to Esther prior to her marriage to John Searle
