    Default Help Reading a Will

I'm having a hard time reading the will of John Sargood. I've made out some parts but certain words and even whole sections continue to elude me. Would really appreciate any assistance.
There are five pages but I don't want to push my luck so I've uploaded the first two.

With a little more tea and study, I think if might be possible to interpret the missing words from near the top of page 2. I'll add them in if I can...........if anyone else is able to help in the meantime, please do so.

With the above transcript, why not have a go at trying to compare it with the jpeg images and see if you can have a go at reading any of it? It's quite satisfying when you succeed

I don't think that's 'lord' - look at 'law' four lines down. Could it begin with 'w'? The other mystery word could begin with the same letter.

    Standard phrase would be ...

have duly surrendered to the Use of my
    will

... but it looks rather more like Uses

Oh My! That's astounding Geoffers. Instead of 'Tuch typist extrawdinaire' you should be 'Super will reader extrawdinaire'.
I keep flicking back and forth between the image and your transcription and I can make out more of it now after reading your transcription. I'm still astounded that you went through it so quickly.

    Thanks very much!
Also thanks to you Thomasin and Kerrywood.

Lot's of names in this will so far which is good. I know some of the names - nephews Benjamin and Joseph Sargood. They had a sister called Elizabeth who may have married a Thomas DIXON. Wonder why her name is left blank. I think George WASE may be related to John's wife Mary WEASE. John's daughter in law Ann was the wife of his son Joseph Sargood. No idea who his GAMMON cousins are though.

Now that you've demystified some of the words, I think I'll have a go at page 3. Will post a link if I get stuck (which is likely.)
