Thank you so much Keyboard86 . I did an index search on the 1861 census (couldn't look at it, no credits) and found a family who I thought was them. Needed to check where john and sarah were born. You have proved it is them.
Right here is some other stuff i've found on the new pilot.familysearch.org. Hope it helps.

Right, it looks like Sarah (1836 ish ) could be the daughter in 1841 of a William and Elizabeth Saint, who in 1841 were residing in Church Street Woodhurst Hunts?
Can someone check out for me, as work calls!

Flippin heck, the pilot site is picky, wouldn’t find this with the father and mothers names, had to enter just the child’s name and Huntingdonshire.
This must be Elizabeth who is 4 in 1841
Elizabeth Saint
Baptism/Christening Date: 22 Jul 1836 Godmanchester, Huntingdon, England
Father' John Saint Mother Sarah

Hi Keyboard.
After reading through it all, I think the John and Sarah who are 20 in 1841 are the right family.
I think they may have either rounded down their age to 20 as per the instructions for then census (ok they went over the top) or it has been taken down wrong.
I’ve searched through the index for Sarah and John jnr and can only find one John jnr born at the right time. He is 0 in 41, 10 in 51, 20 in 61 and 30 in 71. There are no other John’s that follow the age time frame.
Also, I know it happens but John and Sarah would have become pregnant when they were both 15. and both been parents at 16.
I’ve also looked at the index for 1851 and there is no trace of the Sarah and John who were 20 in the 1841 Census.
So I’m thinking there has been a mistake with the enumeration of their age.
