Thank you everyone for all your help and swift responses, my husband is so pleased to have this information. His mother was Dorothy Mary Dove who is mentioned in the 1911 census you found for me.
Does anyone have an idea as to why the three children Charles, Gladys and Dorothy would have had three different birth places if the family were living in Burton?
    Once again many thanks

On the 1901 census (post#5) Henry Dove is a Farm Labourer, living in Spridlington. Maybe he moved around the area looking for available work.

I have been looking for the dove family from Lincolnshire - Elam Page Dove was my great grandfather born in Butterwick, Lincoln. He married Louisa Olver and had Eulalie Franklin Katie Page Dove born in 1899.

Could your family have some connection?

Sorry I have not got back to you. I have been busy and then couldn't access anything on here. Have had to set up a new profile! Not sure how to contact you direct. I have quite a bit of info about Elam. I have visited the grave of the two brothers,
