Judkins surname

Just started to trace my family surname. Anyone with surnmae Judkins out there?

Hve traced family back to , mainly, Dodford in Northampton. Never been there.
No Judkins listed on BT.com living in Dodford today, or are there?
My great grandfater was a Moses Judkins, born, unfortunately in the Daventry Union workhouse 1841. Mother was Sarah Judkins ( unknown father).
Anyone else tracking the history of Judkins?
Any info would help.

I don't know if it's of any help, but the landlord of the Artichoke Inn at Moulton (just outside Northampton) in the early 1980s, was a chap called Brian Judkins.
He was a champion Northamptonshire Skittles player too.

Also, coincedence, you are in Cheshire, I also am from there.
But no Judkins there now.
