Any info on David Holding born 1798 in Winwick welcome. He married Elizabeth Lilley (b 1809?) and had several children. They lived in Folkesworth in later years.
Thanks

Thanks Sue didn't have their marriage date. I'm looking for info on their respective families tall order as they were born before all the records I can find on line. I live in Ireland so might have to have a family history holiday!
I have all the info from 1841 census onwards.

I would say that these are her parents as David and Elizabeth called one of their daughters Letitia and names tended to run in families then. Can I ask the source of your info as it might help me trace my other relatives.
Thanks

Just put www in front of this. It takes you to the IGI section of the Mormon site, Family Search.

Hunts is not well covered on the IGI as many parishes refused permission for the LDS to film their parish registers. Quite a few Hunts parishes are included in the BVRI, a CDrom set issued by the LDS which is now included in the Ancestry UK package. Some parishes have their registers transcribed by Hunts FHS which are available on fiche. But for many parishes the only option is Huntingdon Records Office, who also run a research service for those who can't get to Huntingdon.
