James Henry Walker b sep qtr 1892 Hayfield 7b 844
James Edward Walker b Jun qtr 1907 Hayfield 7b 950

If you know the names of his parents you could fill this in on the gro application form so that they will only issue the certificate if the names tally. The charge will be £4 (not £7) if wrong, so at most it would only cost £11 (and you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right first time) to establish which of these birth registrations is the one that you want.
Hope this helps.
