See how Margaret's birth year differs from her marriage and 1901 and 1911 census.
There doesn't appear to be a birth registration which fits with the above birthday. There's one in Ulverston but that Margaret Jane can be tracedd through the census.

My take is the 1939 register has the wrong birth date, but I cannot be certain.

I had thought this baptism most likely.

    Name: Margaret Jane Quine
    Birth Date: 22 Sep 1880
    Baptism Date: 13 Dec 1880
Baptism Place: St Peter's Church, England, Lancashire, Liverpool
    Father: William Quine
    Mother: Margaret Ann

    And the corresponding registration

See what I mean re: birth years changing from one census to another.

1881, 34 Court Green St, St Martin Liverpool, RG11; Piece: 3597; Folio: 117; Page: 55
    All born Liverpool
    James Caldwell 43, boiler maker
    Elizabeth Caldwell 42
    Elizabeth Caldwell 13
    James Caldwell 14
    Esable (sic) ??? Caldwell 10
    John Caldwell 6
    Alexander Caldwell 3

    1891, 2 court 5 house, Kirkdale, Liverpool, RG12; Piece: 2963; Folio: 105; Page: 31
    All born Liverpool
James Caldwell 49, labourer in boiler yard
    Elizabeth Caldwell 51
    Isabella Caldwell 18

The Liverpool electoral register 1939-1940 has Thomas and Margaret Jane HALLMARK and Arthur CALDWELL living at 81 Prince Edwin Street.

    Thomas dies in 1943:

    Deaths March quarter 1943

    HALLMARK, Thomas M C
    Aged 59
    Liverpool N. 8b 455

In 1945 Margaret HALLMARK, her son Arthur CALDWELL and daughter Margaret ABRAHAM are together at the Prince Edwin address. In 1950 only Margaret ABRAHAM and her husband John are at that address.

If you think that Margaret died around the same time as Thomas then I suggest that you contact the Liverpool council for burial records as you may find them at one of the cemeteries together.

Just for your interest, Thomas Murdock Caldwell HALLMARK was the son of Frederick HALLMARK and Margaret CALDWELL. Margaret was the sister of John Duncan's father James. This makes JD and Thomas cousins.

There were four Arthur Caldwells born in lancashire in 1914 - thankfully not in the same areas so I think this is the death of your Arthur.
Arthur Caldwell age 34 March 1/4 1949 registration district Liverpool N. vol 10d page 564.

I can't see a suitable marriage for him.
