I have found on the IGI a Patrick DEVINE born abt 1855 in Carrick, Donegal,
Ireland
The IGI says it is a member submission after 1990 and there is no other info

He appears to match my search for my Patrick DEVINE who was born in Ireland
How do I now get a look at this record. I could just write to the local
Registrar in Carrick but there is not a lot of information I can give them

Any help would be appreciated
