I go back to Owen Matheson (Matthewson) the son of John Matheson and Catherine McIntosh.
Owen was from Fort Augustus, Iverness, Scotland and he married Catherine Byrnes at Hexham in NSW Australia, 5 October 1854.
Any information about this family (Owen's birth, parents marriage, other siblings, when Owen left Scotland etc.) back in Scotland is greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Wayne Cook
