    I am lead to believe the records prior to this were destroyed in a fire.

    Any leads greatly appreciated as this is my direct line, we can't go back any further and have been stuck here for years.

    The transportation records are held by the National Archives, no fire.

    he isn't in the Ireland-Australia transportation records (1791-1853) (Ireland - Australia transport database)
