All these children were born to a mother with the maiden name of Fraser It surely is very much a coincidence that all 4 children I found in Resolis have the same names and years of birth. They have got to be yours

Children of Peter and Catherine that I know of:
Catherine b 1827 Braelangwell [emigrated to Australia]
    William b 1829 Braelangwell
James Andrews b 1831 Braelangwell [named for the distillery owner ]
Then the distillery went broke and family moved to The Colony
    Alexander b 1833
Have found this on the English 1861 census
    Fraser
    Age: 72
    Estimated Birth Year: abt 1789
    Relation: Head
    Spouse's Name: Elizabeth
    Gender: Male
    Where born: Scotland

    Civil parish: St Marylebone
    Ecclesiastical parish: St Paul
    County/Island: Middlesex
    Country: England

    Name Age
    Fraser 72
    Elizabeth Fraser 55
Elizabeth John Fraser 30 On original it just looks like John Son
    John Ailney Perkin 24
    Philip H Sharp 23
    Elizabeth Carry 78

    Class: RG9; Piece: 85; Folio: 97; Page: 34

The orginal entry has ink spilt across it.

I cannot find the 1841/51 census with wife margaret. What was his profession at this time? This is getting a bit confusing.

They are..Braelangwell is in Resolis...I obtained the info from the Parish register film.

The next lot of children were born at The Colony in Cromarty.

I am wary however of the 2 born in Inverness ..they are most likely mine but until I've seen the film or images I cannot be sure.

It is a pain having two Peter Frasers marring Catherine Frasers about the same time in the same rough area.. Fraser is a pretty common surname there abouts.
In the 1841 census both are on Cromarty parish.
