    John Bowman of Fawcett Mill was also my grt grt grandfather , his daughter Mary, born July 8th 1850 (my grt grandmother ) married my grt grandfather John Wharton , my grandfather also called John Wharton had middle name of Bowman

    I have the man you seek in my tree: John Fawcett, 1847-1900. He served 21 years in the RM in Plymouth. I have no trace of a connection to Fawcett Mill of to any family associated with I, I'm afraid, although my research has only got back to John's GGF, also John, b 1768. Feel free to contact me if you want any more details.

    Hi I am a Wharton from that area but William Wharton from Waitby is my more direct relative , I haven’t seen Bowman in my tree at all , hi ,
