I am still trying to verify the parents of my grandfather, John Summerfield Reynolds. I believe that he was born on or about March 12 1866 in Worcestershire, England. He later immigrated to the United States and lived in Springfield, Illinois. He was married to Emma Emily Styles.

My father was born in 1907 in Springfield, Illinois and was also named John Summerfield Reynolds. He and his first wife had a son also named John Summerfield Reynolds.

I believe there is a possibility that my great grand-father was also named John Reynolds and was married to Emma Meekins, however I have no verification of the connection.

Any information that you can offer to verify his parents or siblings would be appreciated.
