    Thanks Tracey.

I see Henry and Rosina had at least 2 children (both girls with names that suggest it is "your" Henry) post 1911 but more of that later

    Regards

    David

    Hi David

One of my gg grandmothers was Clarissa Hollioak, b 1850 in Birmingham. Her grandparents, William & Etheldra Hollioak, and their children moved to Birmingham probably sometime in the late 1830s. They came from around Pontesbury in Salop.

The spelling of the name varies a bit, inevitably.

    Hi Redkite,

Thanks for your message and I regret that I don't have any details of this family and I strongly suspect that this is a variant of Holyoak, or similar, and has no Hollick connection.

That said there was one Hollick family in Shropshire, at Diddlebury during the 1850's/1860's until, at least 1870.

    Regards

    David

    Default The Hollicks of Reading

    Hi David

My Great Grandmother was Mabel Ellen Hollick (B1883), daughter of George and Sarah Hollick of Reading, Berkshire. She married my Great Grandfather James Henry Page somewhen around the late 1800s or early 1900s. Do any of your ancestors have links the Reading?
