UK BMD has:
Surname First Name(s) Spouse's Surname Spouse's First Name(s) Year Church / Register Office Region Registers At
MENSFORTH Edward DUNSTER Elizabeth 1861 Oldham, St. Mary Lancashire Oldham
so they must have been newly weds at Census time.

the 1851 Census has 3 possibles for Elizabeth, in the general area:
Elizabeth Dunster abt 1829 b. Little Hulton, Lancashire, parents James & Hannah
Elizabeth Dunster abt 1845 b. Tildesley, Lancashire, parents James & Sarah
Elizabeth Dunster abt 1840 b. Marsden, Lancashire, parents Wm & Alice
it looks as though you need to get a marriage certificate for more clues. Unless some kind soul can do a lookup of St Mary's, Oldham for you.
