Hi everyone,
I have been researching for about 5 years, still class myself as a newbie.
I am married and have 2 very grown up step-sons ( 38 & 33) who take the micky about me digging up dead people.
The name Kentish Bunny is because i was born in Kent (Chatham) & family stories say I did not bother crawling as a child i bunny hopped, the name stuck.
I would like to thank the people of this site as i have found details of my Gr Grandads death due to a link on here, we have been looking for this information for some time, Family stories ( again) state he died in a colliery cage when the ropes snapped.Story is true, found by the link to The Coalmining History resource centre.
So if I can find this within 5 mins of joining this site, who knws what I might find in a couple of hours !!
Regards to all
