I would be interested in making contact with any other members researching this surname from Bantry and the surrounding area of Co. Cork?

After much searching, I have found quite a large family spread from Co. Cork to various parts of the USA. It has been a interesting journey and has led to me making contact with a very extended family.

My G-G-Grandfather Timothy Murnane seems to have married 3 times and had 14 children across those marriages. My branch of his family came from his last marriage to Hanora Duggan.

I still have much to learn about the family but an enjoying the discoveries I make along the way.
