Marriage and births in Austria

From Australia to Austria! I have just discovered that my 3 x great grandparents may have married in Not, Graz-Umgebung, Austria. I have absolutely no experience in researching outside of UK and Australia! Can anyone tell me how I can (if I can) get access to any marriage and birth records in Austria? I know that at least one son was also born there.

John Clements marriage to Margaret Smith (probably about 1835)
son - William Smith Clements born 1836
son - John Clements - born 1837
maybe Catherine Clements - born 1839

Any assistance would be much appreciated. Can anyone suggest any websites?

Thanks Davran, I have done that but found that a lot of the links lead to dead ends and don't really have any information at all. The only BDM-type site I have come across doesn't have a look up and is a order only. I'm wondering if there is anywhere that that I can actually look up the marriages/births to get a reference.
