Was the daughter of Matilda Everington (b1832, Bardney). Nympha was born 1850 with the full name of Nympha Mary Webb Everington - which would suggest her father had the surname Webb. There is no record (I can find) of a marriage. Matilda later married James Garside in 1857 in Gateshead and had several children to him - but Nympha seems to have been left behind in Lincoln.
So what I would love to find out is:
(1) who was her father
(2) did he marry Matlida (if so when/where)
(3) where/who did Nympha live with.

Hi Jim
Have you found this marriage
Marriages, Jun qtr 1873
Everington, Nympha Mary W, Lincoln, 7a, 1009
EVERINGTON, NYMPHA MARY WEBB, Lincoln, 7a, 1009 This was corrected by someone
Higginbotham, William, Lincoln, 7a, 1009
SCOTT, George, Lincoln, 7a, 1009
Walsham, Eliza, Lincoln, 7a, 1009
This tells us that she either married William Higginbotham or George Scott. The marriage cert. will give you a fathers name if she has one !!

She appears in the 1881 census as
Nympha M W HIGGINBOTTOM 29 Bardney
The baptism (5 Aug 1851, Bardney) names only the mother, Matilda EVERINGTON.
1861 census
Langton Rd, Bardney
James EVERINGTON 69? AgLab, West Keal
Frances 74 Baumber
Nymph M 9 Scholar, Bardney
There was only one WEBB in Bardney in 1851 census - I have to say, he looks a likely candidate
(at farm of William DUCKRING)
William WEBB 22 Farm Labourer, Gautby
Matilda meanwhile-
Henry Lane, Bardney
James EVERTON 41 West Keal
Frances 44 Baumber
Matilda 18 Baumber
James 13 Bardney
William 10 Bardney
Richard 6 Bardney

1861 census anyone?
The 1861 census should locate her as by 1857 her mother was married and living near Hexham. Thanks in advance.
