That's the one that wore me out! no wonder google did not pick it up.
I did finally find him in two other pages on the internet as Lampitt.
I didn't bother entering as I was too lazy to finish. I had the wrong answer for No 2 anyhow

Typical Aussie - didn't read the instructions which said all the answers were either on the forum or on the Brit-Gen site.
How about you setting one for fun (no prizes) about Australia and genealogy over there Christine? You needn't restrict your answers like Sue did - you can include google - as long as all the answers can be found on the web. And like Sue, you can always give some useful websites, e.g.
https://www.australiagenweb.org/
About 10 -15 questions (depending on your stamina ). e.g. How much will a birth certificate cost you in Victoria? What is the Ryerson Index? After whom is Banksia named? I have no (known) Aussie rellies but I always find it interesting learning about the types of records held in other countries. And Aussie newbies to the forum may learn something too.

Thank you for choosing me as a prize winner. I hadn't read the instructions about searching the site properly, and found most of the answers from Google search engine.

Well of course the good thing about those 'slurp spiders' that you will see if you look at 'Who's On Line?' is that most things on the Forum do turn up on Google, and a lot of people have been brought to the Forum as a result. However, don't forget the Search button on this site - saves a bit of window hopping!

Sue, Pam,
Just to let you know that my prize arrived today (we only get post here, out in the sticks, three days per week)
I haven't had chance to look at the CD yet but I am looking forward to it.
Thanks again.
