Hi Chris
Could it be that it is now called Fox Close? My Dad was born in Cambridge Circus, but that became Cambridge Crescent. If you find Stepney Green Underground Station on a map, go West along Mile End Road a short distance to Cephus Avenue on your Right. Go up Cephus Avenue to Cephus Street turn Left and Fox Close is the second turning on the Right, or it was in the 1960s. It seems to still be there, but too small to get a mention. The Enumerator's Book should put its location into context.

According to the 1929 London street list, Fox Street, Bethnal Green was in the Pott Street area.
Pott Street does still exist. That may be enough to find it on an old map.

Fox Street/Pott Street, Bethnal Green, E2
My family lived at 7 Fox Street, Bethnal Green in 1919 which I understand from speaking to my father was near Pott Street. The family was very closely connected because two sisters (Kathleen and Emily Maria Casey) married two brothers (Albert and James Groves) and the two couples remained in Bethnal Green for several years bringing up their children.
