Anastasia Law/John Charles Willimas

Hi
I have a marriage date for the above couple in Halesowen in 1836. How could I find records of the church and possibly the marriage?

Does anyone know of either person?
I know Anastasia was born in 1801 in Sedgley to Joseph Law & Olive. I haven't seen her anywhere else. And I have no clue as to where to try and identfy John Williams. Why does everyone in my family have 'common' names?

Of course there may have been more than 1 Anastasia c this period!!!!!
