    I recently received my relatives WW2 RAF service records. They included all postings and promotions but no personal information, ie height,weight, hair/eye colour etc Do the RAF hold this information ? If so, will I be able to apply for this information ? Thanks Graham.

  5. RAF glider pilot WW11

    My father died recently. he was an RAF glider pilot in WWII. He was involved in the Rhine landings in 1945. He was injured by shrapnel fire and was hospitalised with his injuries. I was trying to access his war records for more information for his funeral. Can anyone help?
