Hi there!!

Let me break the ice with a really old joke: "Genealogists don't die, they just swap places in the family tree"... hahaha! Ok, I'll get my coat...

I had an old account on here with my ex-husband but neither of us can find out the log-ins or even what e-mail we used, so I have set up a new one - nice and clean which is easier, perhaps. My old username was RachandGarry.

I did a lot of research a decade or so ago, but then life became difficult and it all fell by the wayside. Luckily, a lot of my research I saved with notes, good labels etc but I'm shocked at how much I just I can't remember/don't know anymore. I'm so cross with myself because now I have to do much of it again, and its even more confusing when you've already known something because names get confused in your head!! Let my mishap be a lesson for everyone - as tedious as it is, make notes, notes and more notes!

So with that said, I'm looking forward to getting onto some more research and helping others with theirs. I used to love being able to do a look up for others, or even going to the places to take photos for them etc.
