He was born about 1845 dont know when he died. But he lived in Jamaica.



His wife was Johana or Joanna Elizabeth Moses she was born about 1869.


Her father should be Peter Moses.



Perhaps in Jamaica. Died in 1933 January 7 Carnie Plantation, Alexandria District, Saint Ann Parish, Jamaicamap.



There are so many John Allen in Jamaica at that time.

I can see the birth details of Orahlis Allen but in the column "Name and Surname and Maiden Surname of Mother, it only shows Joanah Moses no other surname. I wonder if John and Joanah did not marry. I am pretty certain that the Joanna Moses I found (on Ancestry) married to a McCook is the correct person. The date of death agrees too.

Found a birth for a Roland Augustus Allen, 26 September 1897, Sturge Town, Saint Ann. Mother's name Eliza Allen. Death of Roland 13 November 1918, mother Johanna Moses. Augustus was also the middle name of Alfred Mccook.
