    With death cents, it’s useful to note who made the registration… they can become less accurate as extra generations are involved. E.g. a grand child is more likely to get names wrong than a spouse who may have known their in-laws. I mentioned before that my GUncle got his mother’s forename wrong - I was sure that this was the right woman because he had a distinctive job (gamekeeper somewhere I knew), so I could establish that it was the right son who gave the info.
    It’s useful to squeeze every drop of information from certificates (and anything else) - you never know when it might help!
