1861 census post #4 there’s also a Robert Tilley,21,visitor on the image,same birthplace as William & same profession- blacksmith. If this is the correct family then Robert is possibly a brother of William.

We need OP to confirm or reject some of the info provided so far.

Yes I think Robert may be the brother of John, William, Susannah and Luke, all on the 1841 census. But we need to know William's (married Caroline) parent's names.
