CWGC have him as John Martin S/9724 Rifleman 13 Btn Rifle Brigade d.10 Jul 1916 Thiepval Memorial Pier & Face 16B/16C. Unsurprisingly, there is no mention of his parents/ other family. To be sure, I did search Green as well, nothing on the data given here.
