MT (aka Mountain Standard Time) is 7 hours behind London so on that basis I estimate you have until the equivalent of 6.59am GMT/UTC on Tuesday 21 February to search. People living in other time zones will have to do their own working out for the cut-off time.

Newspapers.com has newspapers from all over the world.
And although it gives a link I was able to access the site just by typing in newspapers dot com.

Should have added that when searching for John Smith you need to search for John+Smith, otherwise you'll get millions of results for John and millions for Smith, but not so many for 'John Smith'.

Obviously to can also search more precisely by year(s) and location.
