As per FreeBMD, that Susan married either James Dymock/Dymond or Henry Willets Neatham.
As per image on Ancestry she married James Dymond.

Tomm - presumably you've found George and Susan together on at least one census. Which was it? Where were they living? Did they have any children? If so, what were the names and ages of the children?
If you've found George and Susan on more than one census, again - where where they living? Names and ages of children? Do the ages and birthplaces of George and Susan in the census agree with the years and places you've given in your post?

    Pam,

I looked at the image of the cert which has Susan Mary marrying James Dymond/Dymock.

FMP has James Dymond transcribed as marrying Elizabeth Berry but that is incorrect.

The image above Susan Mary & James is for Henry Willetts Neatham & Elizabeth Berry!

I can see a death for Susan Dyer of the right age in 1923 , Kensington (no middle name), and I can see a Susan Dyer of the right age in Kensington Infirmary in 1911, but she is a widow.

Presumably you are referring to the couple who are in the 1871 census together in Kensington - RG10/41/27/47
George Dyer 28 Packer b London
    Susan 26 Laundress b Marylebone
    Louisa 7 b Marylebone
    Alfred? 5 b Marylebone
    Frederick 3 b Notting Hill

Still together in 1881, with more children - RG11/64/35/67

    Suggests a marriage c1862

Where do you get 'George Henry' from? As far as I can see, he's only ever recorded as George.

His occupation is packer (China Packer on Henry's marriage), and his YoB/PoB is not consistent.

    In 1871 he's 28 (c1843) born London
    In 1881 he's 36 (c1845) born Somers Town.

Somers Town is in the Marylebone/St Pancras area.

Possibly George in 1891 at Registered Lodging House, Bell Street, St Marylebone - RG12/98/20/31
George Dyer 52 (1839) single Fa?? Packer b London, Marylebone

1901 in the St Marylebone Workhouse, Northumberland St - RG13/109/93/39
George Dyer 60 (c1841) Married Packer b Marylebone

Possible burial for him 31 Mar 1904, St Marylebone Cemetery
George Dyer, workhouse (died 26 Mar 1904, age given as 66).

I think that the above must be correct.

There is an admission for him 21 Sep 1893 (Ladbrook Grove Infirmary, Westminster, St Marylebone)
George Dyer 54 Packer - wife Susan, cannot give her address. Fred Dyer 19 Hunt Street, ?? Road, Notting Hill.

Another one in 1898 names wife Susan at Walmer Road, Notting Hill.

On both occasions he is discharged from the infirmary to the workhouse.

ADDED: There seems to be a lot of admissions/discharges for him to & from the workhouse!
