I'm not quite sure what you're asking here, unless it's just 'is Derwent Wise the uncle of Greg Wise?'
In which case, the answer is 'yes'.

I'm sure your family 'relationships' in Norway are the same as in the UK and (to my knowledge) the rest of the world.
When brothers and sisters marry, they become parents to their own children, and uncles and aunts to the children of their brothers and sisters. Therefore if Derwent Wise is the brother of Douglas, then Derwent is uncle to Douglas' children.
