    According to a tree on ancestry Rose Messer married, by banns, Job Judd 26 September 1803St Ebbes Oxfordshire

    When I first saw the excerpt in your post I thought the third letter is the older way of writing the S.

    Job and Rose are on the 1841 census age 60 and 55 respectively and bothe born Oxfordshire.
    The 1851 census gives their ages as 70 and Rose 65 both born Handborough

    Entry for death of Job Judd : Hanborough, age 73 Burial 23 April 1853

    Baptism for Caleb Judd son of Job and Rose 11 March (unsure of year) Hanborough
    Edward Hanborough 7 August 1808
    Mark Hanborough 29 September 1811

    1841 census shows Job, a shoemaker and Rose living in Han(d)borough along with Mark, a butcher, Martha (age 25)and Ann (age 16)
