    Default Time on your hands?

If you've finished meandering through all the links on Genuki, here's something else to meander through.

    https://
    tjukanovt.github.io/notable-people

Not sure how they work out the 'notability' rankings. #4 and possibly #2 should perhaps be listed under 'notoriety' rather than notability.

    I've found
    #2 - Donald Trump
    #3 - Leonardo da Vinci
    #4 - Adolf Hitler
    #5 - Albert Einstein
    #6 - Michael Jackson
    #7 - Winston Churchill
#10 - Elvis Presley (Reg Presley - of The Troggs - is #44812.)
    #15 - Nelson Mandela
    #23 - Charlie Chaplin
    #42 - George Washington
    #43 - John F Kennedy
    #45 - Franklin D. Roosevelt

The Queen is ranked #419, while Prince Charles is #310.

If anyone manages to find who's #1, please post your finding to satisfy my curiosity.
Alternatively, post any other rankings you find bizarre.

Plus any 'I didn't know they were born there' surprises.
My first one was P.L. Travers (writer of 'Mary Poppins') being born in Australia.

It was probably daft to select for Discovery & Science, but I can't see any women!

    Need to go to Specsavers.
Marie Curie and Rose Luxemburg (another Pole, Marxist theorist), Edith Cavell, Mary Anning (British fossil collector, dealer, and paleontologist), and Louisa Garrett Anderson, for starters.
Rosalind Franklin and Nettie Stevens, mentioned in this article, https://www.
    nationalgeographic.com/culture/article/130519-women-scientists-overlooked-dna-history-science
are on the map, but I can't see the other four.

Going to see if I can find Valentina Tereshkova, as she should be there. Yuri Gagarin, Michael Foale, and all of the early US astronauts are there.
ADDED: Helen Sharman is there, too.

In other areas you've got JK Rowling and Hillary Clinton.

After typing 'Hillary Clinton' in my previous post, I suddenly had inspiration.

    Barack Obama is #1.

I knew that I was asking for trouble, my point is still valid! You have to search hard for them.
