Hi I am trying to find my fathers war record for ww2 the only info I have is his name and am finding this site unhelpful but perhaps I am looking in the wrong place any tips would be helpful

You will need a copy of your father's death certificate, his date of birth, thirty quid, and a lot of patience because Covid has caused a massive backlog of requests.
