Do you mean 18th and 19th?
If so, they're under British Armed Forces, First World War Soldiers' Medical Records.
If you scroll to the very bottom of the page, and expand the 'hospitals and medical facilities' section, the 18th and 19th General Hospitals are listed.

There is also a British Armed Forces, First World War Soldiers' Medical Records Browse' dataset, those the images for those don't seem to be loading at the moment. Type in the name of the hospital, click on name, and then (if the images loaded) you'd be able to browse through the diaries rather than search for a person by name.

What exactly are you after? MH106 are admission/discharge records, if you want the war diaries then you can download them from the National Archives (currently free once you register).

9th is not in the list in the dataset on FMP. 18th General Hospital is.
From where have you got the information that records for the 9th still exist?

From your previous post I'm assuming its Robert Gardner you're after?

TNA Ref MH 106/1200 - 18th General Hospital, Operations index book.
1 Nov 1916 (per transcription, not visible on image page)
LC 1375* R Gardner RND Nelson Bn, 63 RND
No further information, but this is merely in index & gives the detailed ref as Book 35, Page 7, Serial 20299

    * Transcribed as 261375, looks like LC 1375

TNA Ref: MH 106/1111 - 18th General Hospital, Royal Naval Division, Hospital admission and discharge registers
    Book 35, Page 7, Folio 20299
Regiment, Battalion, Corps or Other Unit: RND
Squadron, Battery or Company: Nelson 63
    Regl No. ZC 1375
    Rank: AB
    Surname, Christian Name: Gardner, Robert
    Completed years of Age/Service: 20 / 2
Completed months with Field Force: 5
    Diseases: Influenza
Date of admission for original disease: 13 Nov 1916
Date of transfer TO other hospitals: No. 6 CD, 16 Nov 16
    From: No. 16 Ambulance Transfer
No. of days under treatment: 4
No. or designation or ward in which treated: Q
    Religion: Pres.
    Observations: -

There's also an admission entry for him on 13 Mar 1918, 149th Field Ambulance (TNA Ref: MH 106/256), where all the men have the 'Disease' column as "Gassed Shell". By then his rank is LS

Default HOSPITAL OPERATIONS INDEX BOOK WW1 FRANCE

Evening everyone , after digging deeper into the medical records I've come across some interesting information. I've found a soldier in amongst the "18th General Hospital Operations Index Book" that I'm sure has been wrongly transcribed from the original writings. His ID number was transcribed as 261375 when in fact looking at the original writings I'm 100% certain it states his ID number as ZC1375. Now in the Operations Index Book he is listed as :-

    Gardner R, Nelson Battalion R.N.D 63 Division
    Book 35 page 7 serial number 20299 dated 1.11.16

So my question is does this book 35 exist and if so where would I start looking. TIA for any help

Snowyred1958 - As it is a continuation of the same subject, I've moved your new query to the existing thread.

From what I can see and understand from Jomot1's post #6, the book is held at The National Archives (TNA) at Kew under reference MH106/1111.

Yes it exists - I posted the detailed entry from it (the one headed "TNA Ref: MH 106/1111")

You can view it on FindmyPast, but I've typed up every piece of information that is on it.

Alternatively, the original is at the National Archives: https://discovery.nationalarchives.g...ails/r/C544664

ADDED: If you have access to it on FmP you'll see it opens up to his entry on image/page 10 of 42. Scroll back to image 1 and you'll see that the book is numbered 'Book 35 Shelf 18'
