    Default 15th century tenancy doc - trouble reading it

    I have an extract from manorial documents dated sometime in the mid 1400's.
    The name is John A Barton, place is Hadlow, Kent, and it refers to his tenancy. Can anyone make sense of it?
    The quality is not good, but this is as good as it is on the copy from which it comes.



    Any help appreciated.
